Shipping, returns, and policies

Shipping
Shipping within the US is free and tracked. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then take 7–15 business days to arrive. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages because they ship from our fulfillment partners, which may be outside the United States. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
Wrong size? We'll swap it. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and your dog's measurements, and we'll send the right size. Something arrive damaged or not as described? Send a photo and we'll replace or refund it. Refunds go back to your original card within 5–10 business days.
Privacy
We collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address to fulfill your order. We share them only with our payment processor (Stripe), our fulfillment partner, and the shipping carrier. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We don't sell your information.
Terms
Prices are in US dollars. By placing an order you agree to these policies. If we can't fulfill an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
